'Plus Size Pole and Aerial is a community group that aims to create safe spaces and opportunities for plus size folks.

These are spaces where people can show up as themselves and be able to experience freedom to explore joyful movement and unconditional support.

Founded in November 2024 by Velvet Summer – a plus size, queer, neurodivergent pole dancer based in the midlands, PSPAA have been hosting pole and aerial jams for the plus size community throughout 2025 with their next jam booked for 1st November at Rude Studios in Liverpool.​

 

Even more exciting news is that PSPAA will be hosting their first plus size pole showcase on 31st January 2026 at AYA Pole in London.​
