Leila Davis

Leila Davis, also known as Cutie Whippingham, is a seasoned performer, producer, instructor, and creative consultant with over a decade of experience in p0le dance and queer nightlife.

In 2020, Leila founded Blackstage, an organisation fostering opportunity, visibility, and growth for p0le dancers of colour, particularly those with intersecting identities including LGBTQIA+ individuals, $Wers disabled and plus-sized p0lers, and those from low-income backgrounds.

Through this work, Blackstage has contributed to shifting industry standards around inclusivity, accessibility, and fair pay, and continues to push forward conversations around ethics, representation and equity in the p0le world.

In addition, Leila has worked in advisory roles on the design, policies, judging criteria, and moderation processes of numerous competitions across the country
