Sophie Duncan is recognised as one of the UK’s leading aerial p0le and p0le artists and coaches. A professionally trained dancer, she holds 11 Elite titles and teaches at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London and Fontys Circus & Performance Art Academy in the Netherlands, plus various studios in the UK.

For over 15 years she’s worked worldwide as a performer, choreographer, stunt and circus generalist—in opera, performance art, theatre, circus, art film, cabaret, and stunt work.

She’s previously performed with Cirque Du Soleil, Franco Dragone’s The House Of Dancing Water, MGM Entertainment, Glastonbury, and Bebe Rexha.

Aside of pole she’s a DJ and host/creator of the Public Showering Podcast - originally designed as a coaching aide for act creation and choreography, it grew into a conversation with some the UK’s best p0le artists.
